Résumé : L’ « être-au-monde » (In-der-welt-sein), telle est, selon l’analytique existentiale de Heidegger, la structure fondamentale sous laquelle le Dasein confesse son être tel. Une telle confession laisse comprendre que celui-ci se donne comme cet être qui a à-être-au-monde. De cette manière, l’ « être-au-monde » fait signe vers le rapport du Dasein au monde. L’homme entretient donc un rapport particulier au monde. De là, tenant et entretenant ce rapport particulier au monde, le Dasein va procéder, en raison de sa quotidienneté qui le trans-porte dans une
banalité, à la mise en actuation de l’État ; lequel serait soumis aux caprices de l’impropriété. C’est pourquoi, Martin Heidegger se donne pour visée d’interpeller le dasein contemporain sur le rôle ontologique de l’État, en vue d’un avenir habitable pour l’humanité.
Abstract : “Being-in-the-world (In-der-welt-sein)” is, according to Heidegger’s existential analytic, the fundamental structure under which Dasein confesses its being as such. Such a confession lets us understand that he presents himself as a being who has-to-be-in-the-world. In this way, “being-in-the-world” points to Dasein’s relation to the world. Man therefore has a special relationship with the world. From there, holding and maintaining this particular relationship to the world, Dasein will proceed, because of its everydayness which transports it into a banality, to the putting into action of the State, which is subject to the whims of impropriety. This is why Martin Heidegger aims to challenge contemporary dasein on the
ontological role of the state, with a view to a livable future for humanity.
