							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Cette étude porte sur la sécurité que le Khalife Omar a apportée aux minorités sociales et religieuses passées sous la domination musulmane au VIIe siècle. La protection des minorités est née au VIe siècle avec le Serment de Fodoûl. Le serment visait à mettre fin aux spoliations dont sont victimes les commerçants à la Mecque. Sous le khalife Omar au VIIe siècle une nouvelle politique de protection des minorités, plus inclusive, est instaurée à travers le ‘’Pacte d’Omar’’. A travers ce pacte khalife Omar prend en compte le Serment existant et l’oriente désormais en faveur des chrétiens, des juifs, des çabéens, des mages et autres minorités similaires. La manifestation de cette protection est l’ensemble des mesures de justice, de réparation d’abus. A l’issue des actions salvatrices comme les longs voyages entrepris en personne, pour recevoir les plaintes et les sollicitations des minorités éloignées, le Khalife Omar étend sa protection à l’ensemble des minorités de la Syrie, de l’Egypte, de l’Irak et bien d’autres. Cependant cette protection a un coup très lourd que les bénéficiaires sont contraints d’honorer pour<br />continuer de la mériter. Les montants exigés par le khalife Omar sont exorbitants au point qu’on y décèle ses réelles intentions d’enrichissement. Tous les domaines économiques, jadis exploitées par les minorités, sont soumis un impôt lourd pour la souveraineté des Arabes musulmans qui aspirent à un khalifat.<b><br /></b></p>

							<p><b>Abstract : </b>This study focuses on the security that the Omar Khalif brought to social and religious minorities under Muslim rule in the seventh century. The protection of minorities was born in the 6th century with the Oath of Fodoûl. The oath was intended to put an end to the spoliation of merchants in Mecca. Under the Caliph Omar in the seventh century a new policy of protection of minorities, more inclusive, is established through the &#8221; Pact of Omar &#8221;. Through this Caliphate Covenant Omar takes into account the existing Oath and now directs it to Christians, Jews, Jacobeans, Magi and other similar minorities. The manifestation of this protection is the whole of the measures of justice, of<br />repair of abuses. At the end of life-saving actions such as long journeys undertaken in person, to receive complaints and solicitations from distant minorities, Khalif Omar extended his protection to all the minorities of Syria, Egypt, Iraq and many others. However this protection has a heavy blow that the beneficiaries are forced to honor to continue to deserve it. The amounts demanded by the Caliph Omar are exorbitant to the point where it reveals its real intentions of enrichment. All the economic domains, formerly exploited by the minorities, are subjected a heavy tax for the sovereignty of the Moslem Arabs who aspire to a caliphate.<b><br /></b></p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Le bonheur est l’idéal auquel tout être humain, aspire inlassablement. C’est la voie menant à cet idéal que l’existentialisme athée entend indiquer à la réalité humaine. Mais, tant d’arguments<br />religieux, marxistes que populaires furent avancés à tort pour prouver que cette doctrine serait aux antipodes du bonheur de l’homme, parce que faisant le culte de la solitude, l’angoisse et le désespoir. Contre ces idées préconçues et erronées, il faut bien entendre par existentialisme athée une philosophie qui rend à l’homme sa dignité, sa liberté, sa responsabilité et qui possibilise sa vie. Elle place chaque individu au centre de sa propre existence afin qu’il décide et choisisse lui-même, en toute liberté, le chemin de son bonheur. </p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>L’immigration clandestine est devenue une question de société et suscite toutes les controverses compte tenu de son importance. Cet article qui à partir d’un cas spécifique de jeunes ivoiriens qui partent pour le « périr-ple » malgré les contraintes nombreuses. Comment se construit l’idée d’immigrer chez les jeunes de Daloa? Quels sont les risques encourus? A qui bénéficient à long terme ces voyages à risque? Cet article qui traite de l’immigration a pour objectif de découvrir les raisons de l’immigration des jeunes de Daloa en Côte d’Ivoire.<br />L’enquête menée auprès de 17 jeunes de Daloa qui ont réussi le voyage et qui de temps à autre reviennent avec des documents officiels et qui estiment que le désarroi des jeunes face aux difficultés familiales est une raison valable qui les a poussés à immigrer avec les bénédictions familiales. L’article amorce des réponses fondées sur une analyse de contenu, des observations et des collectes de données de terrain. La posture méthodologique s’appuie sur l’action collective. De l’analyse des données collectées sur le terrain, des observations et des ressources<br />documentaires, il apparait clairement qu’au niveau social, les populations de Daloa comme ceux de la Côte d’Ivoire connaissent une accentuation du chômage, jusqu’en 2013, plus de 70% des jeunes entre 25 et 35 ans sont sans emploi. Après une décennie de crise ivoirienne qui a provoqué une désagrégation des infrastructures socio-économique de base, force est de constater que nos matières premières ne sont pas transformées localement. Il y a de moins en moins d’entreprises qui sont créées. Par conséquent, le taux de chômage est estimé à 25% selon les &#8220;réalités&#8221; locales marquées par le sous-emploi et l&#8217;emploi informel avec un seuil de<br />pauvreté de 46,30% en 2015. Cette réalité à elle seule pousse nécessairement les jeunes ivoiriens à aller en Europe dans un contexte de corruption généralisée et de fuite de capitaux. Facteurs qui n’œuvrent pas au développement des conditions de vie socio-économique des<br />populations. Malgré tout, la résolution du problème de l’immigration clandestine au vu de ces risques passe par l’analyse de ces causes. Cela parait donc utopique et c’est pourquoi, compte tenu du fait que les bénéfices sont partagés, qu’il soit un mécanisme d’immigration clandestine organisée au niveau international. Nous sommes bien dans la mondialisation et les problèmes nationaux influencent absolument le niveau international. </p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Ce travail analyse, à partir d’une enquête de terrain, les différentes logiques qui ont animé les sociétaires de la coopérative SINIKINEYA. La particularité de cette coopérative réside dans le fait qu’elle renferme à la fois plusieurs acteurs à savoir des commerçants, des producteurs, les acheteurs (grossistes). Chacune de ces catégories socio-professionnelles veut défendre ses intérêts à travers la coopérative SINIKINEYA. Cette diversité d’intérêt d’acteurs influence le bon fonctionnement de la coopérative. On assiste en fait à un conflit d’intérêt entre les trois catégories d’acteurs de la coopérative SINIKINEYA. Pour un bon fonctionnement, la coopérative SINIKINEYA se doit d’arrêter des mesures strictes et d’adopter une nouvelle politique afin d’amener l’ensemble de ses membres à épouser et à militer pour la mise en œuvre<br />des objectifs de l’ensemble de ses membres.<b><br /></b></p>

							<p><b>Abstract : </b>This work analyzes, from a field survey, the different logics that have amalgamated the members of the SINIKINEYA cooperative. The particularity of this cooperative lies in the fact that it contains at the same time several actors namely traders, producers, buyers (wholesalers). Each of these socio-professional categories want to defend these interests through the SINIKINEYA cooperative. This diversity of stakeholder interest influences the smooth running of the cooperative. In fact, there is a conflict of interest between the three categories of SINIKINEYA cooperative actors. For a smooth operation, the SINIKINEYA cooperative must adopt strict measures and adopt a new policy in order to bring all its members to marry and to fight for the implementation of the objectives of the whole of these members. <b><br /></b></p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Le concept d’émergence, avant d’être un projet politico-économique, désigne un jaillissement subtil de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur. Ce jaillissement s’apparente, chez Jean-Paul Sartre, à la transcendance, c’est-à-dire l’acte de la conscience qui se renie pour se projeter hors d’elle-même. Ce mouvement qui s’opère sur fond de reconnaissance, c’est-à-dire l’affirmation de l’identité à partir de l’altérité, doit inspirer l’émergence entendue comme projet de société censé porter les États africains vers un mieux-être. L’émergence de l’Afrique sera le résultat d’une synthèse entre les valeurs propres à ce continent et les exigences du monde contemporain. </p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Dans l’élaboration de son nouvel ordre politique fondé sur la promotion de l’excellence morale des citoyens, Platon avait, d’abord, exclu Homère et tous les poètes tragiques de sa cité idéale. Ensuite, il exprima le besoin de leur retour. Cela atteste que la poésie tragique, et de manière générale l’art, est une activité utile. Cette activité a, en effet, une vertu pédagogique et, par ses productions, elle peut valablement contribuer à rendre meilleurs les citoyens. C’est dire que sa fonction véritable doit être recherchée du côté de l’éducation. Accomplir une telle fonction revient à aider le politique dans sa tâche, essentiellement éducative. Ainsi, l’artiste est perçu comme un auxiliaire du politique, et il doit œuvrer sous l’autorité de celui-ci. </p>

This activity has, in fact, a pedagogical virtue and, by its productions, it can validly contribute to making the citizens better. That is to say that its real function must be sought on the side of education. To perform such a function is to help the political in his task, which is essentially educational. 							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Pour leur survie, certains peuples du monde en général et d’Afrique en particulier luttent pour l’occupation de zones forestières. S’il y a eu la traite négrière et la colonisation, c’est en partie à cause de la forêt. À la recherche de terres cultivables et également de mains d’œuvre pour l’exploitation forestière et l’agriculture, au profit des occidentaux, les peuples africains ont connu la déportation, l’aliénation et les crises de toutes sortes et cela n’échappe pas à l’art romanesque. Ainsi, la forêt semble, dans A Grain of Wheat de Ngugi wa Thiong’o, être l’élément moteur de la crise au Kenya. Dans ce travail, nous montrons comment à travers les images, les symboles, les signes et signaux, le roman de Ngugi fait de la forêt l’espace qui ressuscite la crise coloniale en Afrique et la lutte pour la liberté.</p>

							<p><b>Abstract : </b>For their survival, some peoples of the world in general and from Africa in particular struggle for the occupation of forest zones. If there was the slave trade and colonization, it was partly because of the forest in Africa. In search of man power for land exploitation and agriculture, for the benefit of Western peoples, the African peoples have experienced deportation, alienation and crises of all kinds, and this does not escape the romantic art. Thus, in Ngugi wa Thiong&#8217;o&#8217;s A Grain of Wheat, the forest seems to be a driving force in the Kenyan crisis. This work analyses how through images, symbols, signs and signals, Ngugi pictures the forest as the space which triggered colonial crisis and the fight for freedom in Africa. <b><br /></b></p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>La notion de Français Langue Etrangère (FLE) met l’accent sur le fait que ceux qui apprennent le français n’ont la langue française ni comme langue maternelle, ni comme langue seconde et que cette langue n’a aucune fonction statutaire dans leur pays. C’est bien le cas, des étudiants non francophones apprenant le FLE au Centre Universitaire d’Etudes Françaises d’Abidjan (CUEF). Enseigner le français comme langue étrangère à des adultes non francophones n’est pas une tâche aisée. Cet article porte sur les stratégies à adopter pour aider les apprenants adultes débutants en FLE à atteindre leur objectif qui est la maitrise de la langue cible, le français.</p>

							<p><b>Abstract : </b>The notion of French as a Foreign Language emphasizes the idea that for learners French is not a native language and a second language and has no statutory function in their country. Such is the case of non-francophone students learning French as a Foreign Language (FLE) at the University Centre for French Studies of Abidjan (CUEF). 							<p><b>Résumé : </b>Sony Labou Tansi, auteur congolais, s’est fait connaître sur la scène littéraire internationale non seulement grâce à une œuvre littéraire abondante, mais surtout par une écriture subversive qui crée ne rupture avec l’esthétique littéraire des premiers écrivains africains. Le réalisme et l’engagement des premiers écrivains africains amènent Bernard Magnier (1985), a parlé de La vie et demie des littératures africaines ». Sony Labou Tansi est un novateur aux sources d’inspiration diversifiées. Le repérage des structures morphologiques et syntaxiques dans l’œuvre romanesque de cet écrivain permet de dire qu’il existe une sorte de réécriture de la langue française et donc l’avènement d’un nouveau genre romanesque. L’originalité de l’auteur réside justement dans sa capacité à s’approprier les normes d’écriture, et passer outre ces exigences orthographiques, grammaticales et autres, pour se porter dans un nouvel environnement linguistique. Dans une œuvre qui traduit la violence d’un tyran sanguinaire, Sony Labou Tansi s’évertue à diluer l’atrocité en transportant le lecteur dans des distorsions morphosyntaxiques de son récit. Toute l’esthétique de cette approche réside dans les hybridations morphologiques et syntaxiques dont l’auteur fait preuve dans une vie et demie. </p>

							<p><b>Résumé : </b>La signification est le problème central de tout langage. Quine propose la traduction pour avoir accès à la signification. Cette traduction se fait à partir de ce qui serait possible d’observer du comportement des autres. Cependant, pour Quine, dès que l’on quitte sa communauté linguistique, la synonymie est opaque en ce sens qu’il y a une incommensurabilité entre les langues. La traduction préserve les lois logiques pour éviter de rendre l’autre illogique ou irrationnel. Nous constatons qu’il est impossible de respecter scrupuleusement la pensée indigène. Car la traduction ne découvre pas la logique de la langue indigène. Elle rend compte du comportement indigène dans les termes de la langue du linguiste qui est respectueux de sa logique. En d’autres termes, la traduction trahit la langue étrangère. </p>
